Andy Dick is one lucky sleaze ball! LA prosecutors have announced they have no plans to charge him with sexual battery after exposing his junk to a 17-year old girl.

Instead, he gets four misdemeanor charges: one count of marijuana possession, one count of Xanax possession without a prescription, disturbing the peace, and public intoxication.

He got off so easy! But he's still got to live with the fact that he's a Dick…
