Winehouse's Father Wants Her Husband In Jail

Our favorite crack couple Amy Winehouse and her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil aren't just getting heat by the press for their rocky romance, Winehouse's father isn't too thrilled about the union either.

Winehouse's father Mitch is praying that Blake will be sentenced to jail in his upcoming assault case because it will allow his daughter to confront her drug demons by herself. Blake is due in court on November 12 after being accused of assaulting a pub landlord earlier this year.

He says, "If Blake were to go to jail for G.B.H. (grievous bodily harm) it would probably be the best thing that could happen for Amy. It would give her a chance to recover and we could get her into rehab. "She's got a long way to go in her recovery. She knows she's still got lots to sort out in her head.

"If he were in jail for a few months I think Amy would have a better chance of recovering. She needs to get herself sorted before she worries about him.

"She'd be mortified if he did go to jail, but it would be a real chance for her to get on the straight and narrow."

A couple that does crack together stays together! I feel like Amy is literally obsessed with Blake, so don't hold your breath for a breakup. I do wish she cleans up though, talent like hers is an awful thing to waste.
