Blake Fielder-Civil Ordered Back to Prison

Blake is heading back to the slammer! And it’s all because he just can’t seem to kick his drug habit. People magazine reports that Blake failed a recent drug test in rehab and was told he was being sent back to prison. His lawyer Kate Anderson said in a statement today, "I can confirm he has been recalled.”

His lawyer went on to explain that once you fail a drug test, you must then carry out the entire remainder of your sentence. That means we won’t be seeing Blake until 2010.

Meanwhile Amy is rumored to already have initiated divorce proceedings against Blake. We think this is definitely a good thing for Amy! It’s time to let go of Blake incarcerated!
