Is Amy Winehouse's marriage to her "Black Incarcerated" on the rocks? According to sources close to the singer, Amy is not only over the marriage, she's already behaving like a "single woman."

According to the UK Sun, Wino is apparently waiting for her junkie hubby to get out of the pokey before she breaks the news to him.

"Amy does everything she can not to visit," said a source. "She forgets she is married half the time. There are a few men she is close to and Blake can’t stand it."

Wino's Dad Mitch is even waiting for the big news. He said, "It wouldn’t surprise me if Amy and Blake had broken up."
