Amy Winehouse’s douche bag husband was officially charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.

If y’all don’t know Blake Fielder-Civil was involved in a bar fight a few months back and was due in court this week. This smart was caught trying to pay off the main witness to not testify against him.

Winehouse, her father and Pete Doherty were all in court the day of the hearing. Amy things that her husband was framed for the crime.

She says, "Someone has set him up but whatever happens I'll be there for him. He's told me he's done nothing wrong and I believe him. I love him and just want him home."

This case should definitely be on that tv show of the stupidest criminals.
