Amy Winehouse Wants to Postpone Hearing

Amy Winehouse's lawyer has asked a district court to postpone her hearing. Maybe her alleged relapse has something to do with it.

Winehouse and her husband Blake were arrested in Bergen in October. They were held overnight on charges of possessing 1/4 ounce of marijuana and released the next morning after paying fines of $715 each.

The hearing is scheduled for Friday. What do you think? Will she pull a Britney and be a no-show?
