Amy Winehouse To Be A Bond Girl?

This has got to be the weirdest news of the day. Amy Winehouse has reportedly been offered a gig in the next James Bond movie series.

The Brit singer will play opposite Daniel Craig in the next Bond film. The producer of Bond reportedly fell in love with Winehouse's album and decided to offer her the part. A source says, "She's perfect for the role because she's the embodiment of the retro glamour of the original movies."

Note that this is all speculation at this point and no official contracts have been signed.

Oh dear, I don't think this a good choice. Daniel Craig as the new Bond was a hard sell. I can't imagine Americans want to see this drug-out, tatooed Brit singer. Talk about killing the franchise.

This is an obvious PR job! The director has yet to be announced and probably hasn't even been selected yet. No casting for a Bond film is EVER announced before the director. Consequently, this is rubbish.

I totally agree with Lala! Amy use to look like a real person, now you can tell that she's a crackhead or something (meth). Look at her legs (sticks). I think her hair weights more than her body now. UGLY crackhead with great music. :-D

try not to hate her, so intead of going to rehab she went to superstardom. i love her and she is very truthful about her music. she has the guts to be herself and tell on herself and i think a lot of people respects her for it!!!!! her music is real and so is she and many others love her for the same reasons. and as far as her looks, lol it must be working because look where you (those who have a problem with her) are and where she is. lol i still love her!!!!
