Amy Winehouse finds herself in even more legal trouble as she's being summoned to court in Norway for marijuana possession. She and her husband Blake were arrested back in October, and now she wants to appeal the charge.
She says she had been deceived about signing papers agreeing to pay the fine, which in Norway is equivalent to pleading guilty. Police say that Winehouse knew what she was signing, and was helped by English translators.
She was probably so high that it wouldn't have mattered what language they were speaking. People have to stop letting her go to other countries. Leave her in England where she belongs to hob nob with her new BFF Pete Doherty.
