Finally a positive story from
Amy Winehouse's stay in St. Lucia. Amy reportedly saved a woman from drowning after she was went flying off a boat and hit her head.
Louise Williams, 39, the grateful vacationer, talked to the
UK Sun about the incident, hailing Amy as her heroine.
“I was bowled over by her kindness. She went out of her way to help me. A six-foot wave caught the boat and I went flying and hit a rock.
"Amy was on the beach 20 metres away and she ran across immediately and said, ‘Let’s have a look at you.’ She picked me up and took me across to the showers and was constantly asking, ‘Are you all right?' It shows there’s another side to her.”
Wino even got some fresh towels and helped her clean up the gashes she got from the rock. We're shocked--in a good way though. Way to go Wino. She was even nice enough to pose for a photo with Louise!
