Amy Winehouse is going to finally get her divorce from Blake Fielder Civil. But even more interesting than that, she admitted to having an affair in divorce papers!
Wino, who just got back from an extended vacation in St. Lucia, and her estranged hubby Blake are expected to be given a decree nisi - a preliminary stage of divorce which will then become absolute in six weeks - in the Family Division of London’s High Court.
Court papers show that when Amy was asked if she admitted "the adultery alleged in the petition", she replied, "Yes."
The papers reveal that Blake was asked to "state briefly your reasons for saying that the respondent has committed the adultery alleged", to which Blake answered: "The respondent confessed the adultery to me in April 2008."
Amy’s spokesman said: “She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage. Amy has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She is finishing her album and in good health.”
Blake was just bad news for Amy. He's already expecting a baby with some random women he met in rehab, so clearly they've both moved on with their lives.
