Amy Winehouse Charged With Assault

Amy Winehouse might have gotten clean, but she still has some temper problems.

Amy had to go to the police station in order to be questioned about an incident that took place at the theatre on Saturday. She was then formally arrested and charged with common assault.

She was at the theatre on Saturday where she thought it would be a good idea to attack a theater staffer at a holiday pantomime show of ‘Cinderella’ in Buckinghamshire, England.

Witnesses say that Amy seemed drunk and during the first act of the show, she was yelling profanity. She was saying things like "f**k Cinders, Prince Charming, marry me"

Amy is due in court on January 20, 2010. Guess some things won't change!
