Finally someone is taking some initiative with Amy's health! She's still in
the hospital, and the Sun is reporting that her family plans on keeping her there until she is able to live without drugs.
Of course, they can't force her there legally, but sources close to the Winehouse family say they plan on taking it to the court if she leaves. It's about time!
If Amy hadn't fainted the other day, we wonder how much longer the fam would have held out on getting her treatment.
