America's Best Dance Crew
December 21, 2009

As Hollyscoop previously reported, The America’s Best Dane Crew judge was taken into custody on Friday and charged with eight counts of child molestation. But his attorney, Steve Meister, tells TMZ the claims are outrageous since the woman waited 15 years before she came forward.
"It's a bogus accusation that reeks of opportunism and exploitation. The timing is beyond suspicious, and this whole thing stinks to high heaven,” said Meister.
Meister says the charges "are completely without merit" and that Sparks "knows he is innocent and will fight to clear his name." Sparks and his lawyer are referring to the woman’s claims as “extortion, Hollywood style.”
"Shane Sparks is innocent, he knows it and soon the world will know it. We are going to fight this tooth and nail,” Meister told E! News.
Up next is the hearing! Do you think Sparks is innocent?

The winners told Hollyscoop, "It's a long time coming, now it's here." They added, "We always dreamed about that but its so crazy that were actually standing here talking to you guys with a big heavy trophy in our hands, its unbelievable honestly."
We caught up with the judges and host Mario Lopez who told us, "They were the bottom three 3 times so you never knew what was going to happen, that was the crazy thing about this season."
Reactions from the stars:
JC Chasez:
"I wouldn't say I was surprised, I was excited for both crews, because they both worked really hard to get here, at the end of the day Super Cr3w just did a little more of what America wanted to see."
Lil Mama:
"I definitely wanted it for them, they definitely deserved it, I believe in the underdog, I believe in the person that nobody else could see the talent, but it's there."
Shane Sparks:
"What people don't understand is that chemistry is a way more important than your choreography. They've been together 8 years so they've got this chemistry."
Laya Kayleigh:
I knew from the gecko they've got heart, if you don’t have passion, you don’t have heart no matter how talented you are its not going to come across, people see that. You don’t understand what these guys have been through, these guys keep their composure but they’ve dealt with loss in their family, they've really taken their personal problems and channeled that."
SoReal Cru::
"Unbelievable feeling, you dream about stuff like this, we made top 2 out of how many crews tried out for this show, I am just proud of every opportunity we get."
What’s next for Super Cr3w? They get to go on a 25-city tour with last year’s winners JabbaWockeeZ and win a cash prize.

They battled it out with Boogie Bots in the bottom two and creamed the competition with their version of a routine set against Missy's tunes. Not sure why they keep landing in the bottom, perhaps they are so different and unique the audience does not know how to take them in.
If the standing ovation given by all the judges and special guest judge Missy Elliot doesn’t clue the audience at home----well I don't know what can save them!!
SuperCrew gave another heart filled performance after finding themselves in the bottom two for two consecutive weeks. So Real is hanging on tight and gave another solid performance. It will be interesting to see if they beat out Fanny Pak.
The boot- and I mean some harsh boots were given to Boogie Bots. The judges called their routine boring and a mess among other nasties. It was painful to watch as they walked the walk of shame and their banner cascaded down.
Keep your head up boys--as Lil Mama said just because they don't like you-- doesn't mean you give up!

Our mystery male choreographer was our very own Nigel Lythgoe. With the help of his assistants, he put the boys together in a very broadway-esque skit. The were dressed in relaxed hip hop gear that didn't seem to do anything for the performance. Nigel should have def. looked over that, but E for effort!
Down to the results: the most surprising twist for this week was that Comfort was brought back after being eliminated last week- due to Jessica leaving early from an injury. And last night, another surprise for us......Kherington got the least amount of votes and was sent home! After a great solo performance, the audience and viewers at home were shocked to see the results.
She was on top when paired with Twitch, but after a few lustless performances she slipped in rankings. Comfort saved her butt after delivering an amazing hip hop performance and solo show. For the boys, it was between Gev and Mark.
No surprise there, they both delivered forgettable performances. And with a great solo piece, Gev unfortunately took the bite. Like I said before, at this point in the game you have to do more than just deliver a well danced routine, you have to bring that extra something only you can provide. Let's stay tuned next week to see what's "for real" cue the hand signal!!

Last week's performance incorporated some hip hop ballerina but the costume was not the most flattering. I think its a case of most people thinking they were not in danger of getting cut and probably voted to save some of the other underdogs.
Speaking of under, Fanny Pak has come back stronger than ever after being dubbed the underdogs to watch by Shane Sparks. Magically after that comment, they have been doing better and better. They stunned last night with another great one that was super sexy and included some girl on girl action. Janet Jackson songs were the theme for all the songs and the boys def. brought it! Supercrew, Boogie Bots, and So Real gave great pieces of brilliance.
The funniest part was when Shane and lil' Mama started arguing over Shane's negative remarks about Supreme Soul not bringin' that much heat. I'm telling you, the judges bickering on here are one of the reasons America loves this show. Well besides the dancing that is! Tell us what you think was it too early for ASIID's departure?

The first day on the job is always rough — just ask Elisabeth Moss' rookie policewoman how her new assignment went. When she reports for duty her first night in the precinct, the cop finds herself assigned to guard a true madman: a crazed serial killer who has been given the ominous nickname "The Eater." And that isn't her only problem: Her new coworkers might just be on the wrong side of the thin blue line. Directed by Stuart Gordon (Re-Animator).
Swingtown @ 10pm
Calling all 70's fans of free wheeling sex-escapades! The ratings for this summer adult-oriented drama have fallen off faster than Trina Decker's robe on a hot July night. Nearly half of its curious opening-night audience has disappeared. And tonight's "free speech" episode probably won't bring any back into the fold. In it, Susan attends a free-speech fund-raiser at the Deckers to benefit an actor who is in legal trouble due to his appearance in a, shall we say, controversial movie. Sounds harmless enough, except Bruce is adamant that she not go.
Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-list @ 10pm
She may be the queen of obscene, but Kathy's got an A-list heart to go with that. Tonight she offers a helping hand to her mother, Maggie, who spends more and more time at Kathy's home. But the elder Griffin's conservative views rub Kathy the wrong way — as do the rising wine bills. Before long, a curious bond blooms between Maggie and Kathy's pal Patrick, and a May-December scenario begins to play out. Elsewhere, Kathy seeks the services of famed "dog whisperer" Cesar Millan to train her pooches. Hot dog! And Kathy attends a ball in San Francisco with computer whiz Steve Wozniak. It's no wonder Kathy and Steve broke up, she doesn't really seem that into him on the show.
America's Best Dance Crew @ 10pm
After checking out So You Think You Can Dance elimination show at 9pm, tune in for the performances and eliminations all rolled into one on the hour long show. We can't wait for another Jabbawockeez special guest performance, as well as what the groups have in store for us tonight!

Last night all the crews had to re-enact dance numbers from famous videos. Sass x7 was the only all girl group remaining and their cheer-like moves did not impress the judges previously. They got Britney Spears "I'm a Slave 4 U" and turned it up a notch with great choreography, but in the end it was too little too late and their banner was released. Next week is sure to be very difficult as all the remaining crews are very talented. A.S.I.I.D. is surely one group to watch, they are def. a top two contender.
They are innovative and playful, not to mention feature a deaf dancer who's got mad skillz on the floor. Fanny Pak is an 80's inspired funky group that always come individually wrapped in a nice artistic package. Already an audience favorite, Super Cr3w brought the house down and according to Shane Spark "they sh*t on everybody" after they wowed us with a ninja inspired routine. Last night they impressed again in the Video Star challenge. The crews are super hot once again and am looking forward to net week's challenge. If you missed it last night, catch up this weekend on MTV.
