~~Jay Leno~~ Taylor Hicks has been chosen as America's next Idol...the "soul patrol" won over hottie McPhee, unfortunately!

David Hasselfholf was in the audience crying like a pansy, this is Nora coming to you live from a New Jersey Bar...yup, you heard it! New Jersey!

Everyone was yelling out "Jay Leno won!" I would rather have had Katharine McPhee win because she's hot. Who needs talent when you have good looks?

i am happy that taylor won. even though he may not be the most handsome man on the block, he is very tallented. And i think when they put him to work people are going to enjoy his good quallity music and the energy and enthusiasm when he sings.

I don't think he was really talented....I actually wasmt impressed by anyone, but would rather see the chhick win cause she was hot! He will die down and go where most idols do. She could have gone places with her looks....

I'm happy he won. I personally wanted Chris Daughtery to win, but tough sh*t to me, right? right. I didn't want McPhee to win because I kept hearing they wanted her to win because she was 'hot'. That's what's wrong with Hollywood today. Too many people going on looks and no talent. Paris Hilton for example. We can't get away from her. Just to clear this up-I am in NO WAY saying that McPhee is not talented. She has a great voice. And she's very pretty. Just stating she shouldn't have won because she was hot.
