'Ugly Betty' star America Ferrera is urging Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan to "get a job."
Ferrera says, "My advice to anyone who gets into too much trouble is, 'Get a job!' I can't get into trouble because I'm working all the time... I'm too busy working and focusing on what I'm doing to be out partying."
Britney may not officially have a job but homegirl makes like $700k a month...who needs a job when you make almost a million dollars a month just by being a mess?
