Where in the world is Amanda Bynes?
That’s the question that actress Jennie Garth is asking herself today after reaching out to her former costar. Jennie has reached out to the troubled 26-year-old but her calls are reportedly being ignored.
"I tried reaching out to her and I haven't been able to reach her," Garth told Us Weekly.
"My heart feels for whatever she is going through and I love her dearly."
For those unfamiliar with Amanda Bynes’ brief post-Nickelodeon career, she co-starred with Garth as sisters in the WB series “What I Like About You.” But, apparently on-camera sisterly love only goes so far.
Following being abandoned by both her publicist and lawyer, Amanda’s parents have moved to the West Coast to be with her in the hard times. But their efforts have been in vain.
"Amanda shut them [her parents] out and isn't speaking to them,” a source said.
The retired actress’ trouble began earlier this year when she was arrested for DUI. She followed that up, seeming to become more volatile each day, with two hit and runs.
"Amanda is out of control," one insider added. "It's been slowly going on for years, but now it's getting really bad."
Most recently, her now infamous BMW was impounded when she was pulled over on September 16 for driving on a suspended license. Amanda pled “not guilty” to the charge on Monday.
