By now, it’s common knowledge that Amanda Bynes sucks at driving. Even her costars are taking note and offering suggestions.
Following her horrible driving streak followed by the Nickelodeon grad more or less falling off the map, both Jennie Garth and Wesley Jonathan, her former “What I Like About” costars, are voicing their opinions.
Most recently, Jonathan told TMZ that Amanda’s best option moving forward was to hurry up and hire a driver already.
"The only thing I would say to her is 'You got enough money. Get a chauffeur to take you everywhere,'" said Jonathan.
To Amanda’s credit, Wesley added, “Everybody makes mistakes. We're all human."
The actor’s opinion is likely coming from a good place, seeing as he played her best friend on the long running WB series.
Amanda’s on screen big sister also made headlines when she appeared on Jeff Probst’s talk show, telling the smiley host and his even smilier audience that she has reached out to her costar in the wake of her driving shenanigans—DUIs, driving without a license, and hit-and-runs...
The way Jennie put it to Us Weekly, Amanda seemed to be ignoring her calls.
"I tried reaching out to her and I haven't been able to reach her," Garth said. "My heart feels for whatever she is going through and I love her dearly."
However, since Jennie’s statements, Amanda’s friends have spoken up, calling BS to the reports. According to her side of the fence, Amanda would never ignore Jennie’s calls on purpose.
Amanda is reportedly working behind closed doors to rectify her sisterly relationship with Jennie as you read this. Who do you believe?
