Amanda Bynes must have picked up a copy of Lindsay Lohan’s biography and thought it was a “how to” book because the girl has more motor-vehicle misdemeanors than IMDB credits now.
After Amanda was charged with two counts of hit-and-run. The LA Times is now reporting that the DMV has just suspended her driver’s license.
Apparently it was suspended earlier this week when she got the two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges.
DMV officials wouldn’t specify exactly why they suspended the license, but probably because she DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE!
The news comes after two separate accusers claimed the retired actress struck their vehicles and fled the scene.
Hollyscoop confirmed the story with Los Angeles City Attorney, Frank Mateljan.
If convicted, at most, the actress could face up to a year in prison and a fine of $2000.
“The charges carry a maximum sentence of six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine for each count,” he said in a statement. “The sentence can run consecutively, i.e. one year and/or a $2,000 fine.”
The incidents associated with the charges happened earlier this year on April 10 and August 4.
Maybe Amanda can tweet Barack Obama for help?
“Hey @BarackObama…I know how to drive. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I want my license back. The end.”
