New moms need all the advice they can get: Keep extra diapers on hand, trust your instincts, don’t set your baby down on the roof of your car like a cup of coffee…the list goes on.

At the People’s Choice Awards 2012, Hollyscoop caught up with some red carpet A-listers to talk about the big buzz this week--Beyonce's new baby. And celebs had plenty of advice to share with the new mom.

Alyson Hannigan told Hollyscoop she has one word of advice for Beyonce and Jay-Z:

So it turns out Alyson Hannigan is pregnant after all…with a junk food baby. Hopefully she doesn’t need an epidural when she gives birth.

Over the Labor Day weekend, Hannigan, her husband, Alexis Denisof, and their two year-old daughter, Satyana were hanging out at the Malibu Chili Cook Off, where Hannigan looked clearly like she was sporting a baby bump.

Then again, it was a chili cook off. You don’t exactly leave those things looking like Gisele Bundchen. Unless, of course, you’re Gisele Bundchen, in which case, screw you.

Congratulations to Alyson Hannigan! The How I Met Your Mother star welcomed a baby girl into the world on March 24th.

How’d we let that slide by us these past few days??! And what makes that date even more special is that March 24th is Alyson’s birthday too!

This is the first child for Alyson and her husband Alexis Denisof, who decided to keep the baby’s gender a secret throughout her entire pregnancy.

The baby’s name is Satyana Denisof. A rep for the actress tells People, "They're very excited, and mom and baby are doing great.”

Alyson Hannigan from How I Met Your Mother is pregnant! She and her husband Alexis Denisof will welcome their first child this spring.

They met all the way back in the day on Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Remember when Aly was on that?!

They got married in 2003 in Palm Springs. We wonder if she and Alexis will one day let their child see the scene in American Pie that made Alyson famous? Ya know, the one with the flute….Congrats to the couple!
