I'm sure by now you've seen the photos of Ali Lohan's new face, or "Barbie Mask" as I like to call it.
Ali's "team" is working overtime to dispel the plastic surgery rumors. Yesterday, Lindsay and Ali's agent released statements defending her face, and now Ali's publicist is denying the plastic surgery rumors.
Last time anyone saw Ali was a few years ago where she looked just like a little version of Lindsay Lohan and a face full of freckles. Now, all her freckles are gone, and her facial features look rearranged. She looks like her cheekbones moved up and her eyes moved farther apart. And she has duck lips now

But little Ali Lohan has just resurfaced and is debuting a new face! I'm so serious, 17 year-old Ali looks like a Real Housewife after years of plastic surgery procedures. Her lips are 10 times the size of Lindsays, all her freckles are gone, and her eyebrows look higher (is that possible? I don't know. Who cares).
Ali stepped out in LA debuting a new Ali Lohan. She signed a multi-year contract with Next Model Management and many are speculating that she felt the pressure to go under the knife.

These are the stars who only became famous because they associated with someone more famous than themselves.
Elisabetta Canalis: Oh Elisabetta Canalis, don't even get me started. Wikipedia claims she is an "Italian Actress" but let's be real, she's George Clooney's ex-girlfriend. Because George Clooney is essentially a lifelong bachelor, all of his girlfriends become full-fledged celebs simply by association because they seem so rare and special. Elisabetta dated George from June 2009 to June 2011 and now that they've broken up, she has graced more magazine covers that he does and is now appearing on "Dancing With The Stars" which really should be named "Dancing With The Stars Exes."

That's funny. As if Lindsay Lohan can get credit.
Lohan had until this Thursday to start, and according to Eonline.com, she submitted the legal docs on August 3rd.
So she's officially getting therapy. Maybe that's why she's been hanging out with Paris Hilton lately

Lindsay's back in her "I Hate LA" mood and has been talking up a storm about moving to just about anyone that'll listen to her.
Lindsay Lohan to Be a Mean Girl Again
Lindsay attended the MuscleMilk Light fitness retreat in Beverly Hills with younger sister Ali this past weekend. A source at the event told E! online, "She was going on about how she hates it here and how disgusting the people are. She said she likes NY and London and wants out of this city."
Back in February she tweeted about a possible move to the UK. She wrote, "Moving to the UK is in my near future* better dj's/music and Paris is just a Chunnel away!"
Last October she told Britain's The Times newspaper that she was moving to Paris. "I'm going to be in Paris for a long time. And I'm going to take French lesson, because I loved it at school."
All she does is complain and complain and place blame but never actually does anything about it. We'd love to see her move oversees. Maybe then, just maybe, she'll actually get her act together.

Michael tells TMZ he and Dina will meet face-to-face on May 13th for a deposition in their child support battle, which is when he wants to talk about his 16 year-old daughter Ali's well being.
Michael insists that if Dina tries to avoid the conversation, he'll get Child Protective Services of New York State involved in the situation, because lets face it, Lindsay's definitely not a stable role model for Ali.
We're still trying to figure out how Ali went from 16 to 60 overnight. Homegirl is NOT aging well--and we blame Lindsay. Anyone who tries to keep up with Linds will age ten years overnight.

Dina, who is clearly in denial about her daughter's well being, claims everything is “fine” and Michael Lohan is just stirring up trouble. But Michael says he’s stepping in because he doesn’t want to see his “daughter die.”

Lindsay is reportedly ready to file a restraining order against her father, but according to Michael, she has no ground for it.
"I spoke to their lawyers and they told me they have no grounds to get a restraining order." Michael tells Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY in regards to rumors that Lindsay, Dina and Lindsay's landlord are going to file for a restraining order.
Dina Lohan is in Denial
"How many times has Dina said she will get a restraining order? She has done this a dozen times," he continued. "If this is the way she wants to go [about fixing the problem] instead of addressing my daughters issue then it just shows you where her heart and minds are at."
Michael is tired of Dina making up excuses for their daughter and is going to do what he should have done a long time ago--get child protection services involved! "I'm going to bring child protective services into the picture in New York. She has no right whatsoever allowing Ali, a 16 year-old to come out here without supervision given the situation Lindsay is in," said Michael.
And he has an ultimatum for Dina: help me or I’m getting the courts involved! “I'm issuing Diana an ultimatum now,” Michael tells Hollyscoop. “She sits down and mediates with me with regards about getting my daughter help or I'm going to court and I'm getting child protective services involved.”
Producers to Lindsay: We Don't Want You On The Other Side
In regards to rumors that he's going to try to gain a conservatorship over Lindsay, Michael said, "I'm leaving that up to my lawyers. This afternoon we will know and it will be announced who that attorney will be... If you don't feel I'm the right person that's okay, as long as they do get someone in there to help her. That is all I care about."
And a restraining order and conservatorship are the least of Lindsay’s worries right now. Producers from ‘The Other Side’ dropped her from their movie claiming she’s unreliable and not “bankable.”
And she certainly can’t party away her woos anymore because on Friday night she was escorted out of (and banned from) Trousdale nightclub in Los Angeles after she attacked her ex girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
Lindsay’s on a downward spiral and it seems like things go from bad to worse every day. Unfortunately she won’t learn her lesson until she truly hits rock bottom.

Delusional Dina is convinced that Lindsay is not only healthy and happy, she's a great role model for her younger sister Ali Lohan. "Role model" and "Lindsay" should never be used in the same sentence unless it's a warning for young kids.

Dina says, "Lindsay is absolutely, 100 per cent, not (a bad influence). Ali is amazing. She loves her sister. Would I let my daughter go anywhere that's dangerous? I mean, come on, Ali and Lindsay need to be protected from their ex-father. That's the dangerous situation... He's [Michael] creating a worse situation for everyone."
Dina was furious that Michael Lohan brought the Los Angeles Country Sheriff's Department to her daughter's apartment, she tells People.com, "They scared the hell out of my girls. Ali called me hysterically crying. They were hysterical and petrified of him (Michael). I spoke to the (police officer) and said, 'You don’t have a warrant, get out!'"

She adds, "Michael's not well. Nothing he does surprises me. He's dangerous... Ali doesn't want to see him again. She has a block on her phone because she was so petrified of him."
Guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. Dina is probably just terrified her lifestyle will come to an end if she goes against Lindsay and suggests rehab. Sadly, she seems more of a greedy stage show mom than a caring concerned one.
Lindsay just tweeted that her father barged into her apartment with police officers. She wrote, "OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister's safety, as well as my own, "my ex-dad" just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil's advocate with officers."
Lindsay's Been Robbed of Her Money and Dignity
But Michael confirmed to Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY that he's there to check on his younger daughter Ali's well-being. Lindsay took Ali to the Coachella Music Festival this past weekend and drove home "at 115 miles per hour," Michael tells Hollyscoop.
"I went to the police department concerned about Ali's welfare," Michael tells Hollyscoop. "I wanted to check on Ali. I want to make sure she's ok. She's 16 and she doesn't belong there! She's a minor. I just want to make sure she's ok," says Michael.
Lindsay Owes Half a Million in Credit Card Debt
In regards to Lindsay's tweet, "let's not forget, that my father KIDNAPPED me from a COURT ROOM when i was 4 years old and is CRAZY," Michael tells Hollyscoop "nothing happened when she was younger" and says he's upset that she's twittering false information.
"Ali is being exposed to nightlife and the people Lindsay is surrounding herself with," Michael tells Hollyscoop.
He also added that he's going to meet with Lindsay's attorneys later today to discuss gaining a conservatorship over Lindsay--the same way Britney's father Jamie did. "She needs help and I won't stop until she gets it," said Michael.
We like that Michael is finally acting on his word. He's been concerned about Lindsay and Ali for so long, and now he's stepping in. We hope this works, and Lindsay realizes she's a mess and needs help.

"My father is a lunatic & doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me & my family...He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars," Lindsay wrote on her Twitter page.
She added, "It's so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, 'why is daddy doing this?' Through tears. He's crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time."
Michael claims to have taped conversations between him and Lindsay's mom Dina discussing Lindsay's well being...or lack thereof, and is planning on releasing them to a news show soon. But Dina isn't going to let that happen without a fight.
"We're going to stop it from airing. He is in violation of my order of protection. My attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter, and a copy of my order of protection I have against him. He is now in violation of my criminal order of protection. He harasses me, and calls my cell phone, which he is not allowed to call," Dina tells People.
