Alexis Neiers
December 1, 2010

Yes, she’s the idiot who was arrested for burglarizing Orlando Bloom and other celeb’s homes earlier this year. She went to jail for just one month, and was placed on probation in July.
Only problem is, Neiers never checked in for probation, so the cops decided to pay her a little visit to her home today. That’s when they found the heroin, and placed Neiers under arrest.
According to TMZ, Alexis was also found with a fake ID—a drivers license from Florida. She’s only 19, so I assume this is what she uses to party in Hollywood at the 21+ clubs.
She was booked on three counts -- probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, and perjury (for the fake ID).
Looks like she’s headed back behind bars! What a moron!

The description reads in part: "Think Gossip Girl goes to Hollywood -- It is a cautionary tale as well as a guilty pleasure; the reader is plunged into the crazy, out-of-control world of one of Hollywood’s most infamous party girls."
This is pretty ridiculous, considering the fact that the only reason she’s even famous is because she was part of the Burglar Bunch that broke into celebrity homes like Orlando Bloom’s. She went to jail for 30 days and claimed to be a different person upon release.
She said in a statement in July, "I feel very humbled and see my life in a way that I have come to be very grateful for and I am also grateful to everyone who has helped and supported me through this.”
Why that constitutes writing a book we don’t know! We’re getting a little tired of all these socialite “memoirs” being pumped out all the time. At least Alexis is working with a ghost writer—Sheryl Berk is on board for the project, the woman who brought us Britney Spears and Jamie-Lynn Spears’ books.
Enough said.

She pleaded no contest in May to the burglary of Orlando Bloom's home and was sentenced to spend six months behind bars. According to a detective's testimony back in December, Neiers admitted to being drunk the night of the burglary, and also said she threw up in Orlando's bushes…..classy!!!
Pretty Wild Star: I Didn't Do Anything Wrong
According to TMZ, the judge ordered Neiers 180 days behind bars with 4 days credit. She’ll spend those long days at the women’s jail in Lynwood, CA, which is where Paris Hilton was placed back in 2007.
Alexis’ parents were with her in court, and waved goodbye to their daughter as she was whisked away.
Pretty Wild Star Gets 180 Days in Jail!
She probably won’t spend the full 180 days in jail, since nobody ever does (namely celebrities). But for now, we’re glad she’s getting what she deserves. Good riddance! Hopefully she’ll learn a lesson in there.

Hollyscoop caught up with the stars at the Victoria’s Secret “What Is Sexy” party at Drai’s in Hollywood, and asked if they thought the punishment fit the crime (Alexis was sentenced to 180 days in jail and three years probation).
We asked Amber Stevens from Greek if she thought the punishment fit the crime, and she told us EXCLUSIVELY “No! It’s grand theft. I think she stole over a million dollars worth of jewelry and things. It’s an extreme thing to go in the middle of the night or day whenever she did it. I don't really know what is right or wrong as according to how many days. She deserves something severe. I don't want someone up in my house taking my stuff.”

We agree! And Amber’s co-star Gregory Michael told us it “would really suck” if someone broke into his house like that. “Yeah, I totally do think she does deserve the sentence,” he told Hollyscoop. “Nobody should steal. I would throw the book at her, literally I would.”
But The Hills star Frankie Delgado has a soft spot for Alexis, who is only 18 years old. “She should have gotten just a little slap in the wrist,” Frankie said. “If they admitted to guilt and are a changed person, everyone can change those things. As long as you are not killing someone then I think people can change. Maybe a little therapy or something, not jail time. Poor little girl. People make mistakes cause they are desperate and need money. I don’t judge them like that.”
Pretty Wild Star: I Didn't Do Anything Wrong
Wow, if Frankie was a court judge the prisons would be empty! What do you think about Alexis’ sentencing…is it fair?

In a new interview with E!, Neiers says, "I didn't do anything wrong. "I thought we were going to trial and we had a great shot at this. I had been so confident because I had thought up until this point that I didn't do anything wrong."

Apparently Alexis fully planned to go to court and defend herself. Then she got the news that Orlando was planning on testifying against her. Her lawyer Jeffrey Rubenstein said, "I think the fact that Orlando Bloom [would testify], and the weight of a celeb testifying against Alexis, made us realize the odds were stacked against us. This was a last-minute decision. We were ready for trial."
Alexis added, "The table turned instantly. I knew if I went to trial my chances would be slim. I feel like I've been fighting for so long, to give up would be the hardest decision."
"No one knows my truth, no one knows my side of the story yet," she said. "I've made the decision not to release it. I made the decision that, yes, if I went to trial, that I would go there and go hard and share my truth.
Even though she insists she’s not in the wrong, Alexis apparently wants to help young people stay out of trouble. She said, "I've already made the decision. I am going back to being the real me and just trying to enjoy every day that I have, and I am not going to take anything for granted. And my goal now is to help people stay out of trouble and realize what consequences will happen out of a bad situation."
Orlando Bloom to Testify Against 'Pretty Wild' Star
Neiers must report for jail June 24th so begin her 180-day sentence. She said, "You go into this thinking, 'I may only serve 30 percent of the time,' or whatever, but I could end up serving a full six months. I want to prepare myself mentally as best as I can."
"I'm going to walk into that courtroom with my head held high and do the right thing."
Is it just us, or did she contradict herself left and right?? We hope LA jail is a huge wake-up call for her.

According to TMZ, Alexis pled no contest and was also placed on three years felony probation and ordered to stay away from Orlando Bloom's home.
Orlando Bloom Helps Put Pretty Wild Star Behind Bars
The spoiled obnoxious brat reportedly stole over $600,000 worth of goods from Orlando's home alone.
She has to surrender herself by June 24th but she's also scheduled back in court before that to determine how much restitution she must pay.
If Alexis was a real celebrity, chances are she would have gotten away with like 2 days of jail time. But luckily she got the book thrown at her. Have fun in the pokey!
