Alex Rodriguez Tests Positive for Steroids

Looks like Joe Torre’s nickname of “A-Fraud” isn’t too far off base! Sports Illustrated is reporting that Alex Rodriguez, the superstar third baseman for the New York Yankees, tested positive for anabolic steroids in 2003.

You might remember 2003 as the year that A-Rod won the American League home run title, was voted the American League MVP and was traded to the Yankees.

Rodriguez was part of an anonymous test that year that ultimately uncovered that 104 players were on the juice.

Specifically, A-Rod tested positive for Primobolan, a steroid that allows players to gain muscle without appearing cartoonishly big, and (of all things) testosterone!

I wonder if he gave Madonna any ideas on how to stay so fit!
