30 Rock has already had some of the biggest names in show business guest star on the hit show, so could the first Lady be next?

If Alec Baldwin had his way, he would "for sure" want Michelle Obama to be the next guest star.

We've mentioned it before, we'll mention it again; Tina Fey is rocking it! 30 Rock sweeped the SAG Awards on Sunday taking home awards for the 3 major categories in television.

The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards may have had some bad luck with the ratings, but the red carpet was anything but boring.

Hollyscoop was on the gigantic red carpet at the Nokia theater where we caught up with Emmy winners Tina Fey along with her “30 Rock” co-stars, Cynthia Nixon, Larry David, Vanessa Williams, Kevin Dillon, Tracy Morgan and Lauren Conrad, among others.

It's no secret that Alec Baldwin has some major anger management issues. Sunday night Alec lost his temper while waiting to exit out of a parking lot after the US Open and literally rammed his car into limo.

"He just drove his car into the Town Car in his impatience to exit the parking lot," said a witness. "It was hilarious."

Of course Alec's rep denies it claiming there was no contact and no damage, but given his past, we don't doubt...

It's safe to assume Alec Baldwin has some screws loose upstairs. Alec Baldwin has some serious anger management issues. Alec had agreed to give Diane Sawyer an exclusive interview about his upcoming book "A Promise to Ourselves," but threw a hissy fit when she had to reschedule the interview.

In Diane's defense, she rescheduled the interview because she found out her husband Mike Nichols had to have heart surgery.

"Diane's people couldn't believe how angry Baldwin got," says a source. "She was running back from the hospital!"
