Alanis Morissette clearly loves music and that guitar of hers, she also has other extra-curricular interests. In an interview with NHL.com, Alanis admitted that she has surprisingly been a lifelong diehard hockey lover.
"I've been a hockey fan since I was fresh out of the womb, to be honest. I played street hockey a lot. Most Canadians learn how to skate when they're 2 years old. I was one of those kids, so I skated a lot on my figure skates and my hockey skates." she said.
When asked why she loves the sport so much, she said, "I think hockey is like dancing; it's such an art." To pay homage to her true passion, Alanis will be performing at the NHL Face-Off 2008 on October 9 via broadcast from Montreal.
