Drama seems to follow Akon everyone he goes. The R&B singer is set to appear in court in relation to an injury he caused when he picked up a fan and threw him into the audience back in June of 2007.
Akon has been charged with a misdemeanor count of 'endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment.'
He will appear in court in Fishkill on Monday to face an arraignment hearing.
This isn't the first time Akon has stirred up controversy. Back in May of this year he got heat for freaking an underage girl on stage. Considering the fact that he's a celebrity, he's probably going to walk away clean.
