The showdown between the reality couple continues…
Following Adrienne Maloof being granted temporary custody of her children and a temporary restraining order against their father, Paul Nassif is fighting back. Today a judge’s decision has lifted the restraining order and granted him visitation rights.
People reports that, as of Wednesday, the restraining order against Nassif has been overturned.
The flip-flop in the court’s decision came after Nassif showed up in court with a letter from the Department of Children and Family Services, refuting Maloof’s claims that the he was abusive toward the children.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member has claimed her husband acted violently toward the kids and was, in fact, a danger for them to be around.
Hollyscoop previously reported that Adrienne even revealed pictures of a gun in Paul’s briefcase in an effort to further slam him in the courtroom.
Adrienne and Paul share three sons together: Gavin, 9, and twins Christian and Collin, 6. They filed for divorce in August.
In addition to overturning the temporary restraining order that Adrienne was previously granted for her and the kids, a judge granted Paul two visitation dates leading up to a hearing on October 9, relating to their ongoing and messy custody battle.
The time between Paul and the kids will be monitored as a safety precaution…
As readers can image, Paul is practically skipping with delight at the change of direction of today’s ruling.
"He is delighted and continues to hope that the children will be able to spend significant time with both parents and grow up and experience as normal a childhood as they can,” a source said.
