It’s a fallout that might come with a massive payout…
Reality star Adrienne Maloof has put her family estate up for sale. According to reports, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member is expecting a serious profit in the real estate endeavor.
Zillow reports that the house is listed at $26 million with realtor, Mauricio Umansky.
The house, located on Beverly Glen in Los Angeles, was featured throughout the “Real Housewives” series.
Spanning a whopping 2 acres, the 20,000 square foot mansion boasts an eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom layout. There are indoor and outdoor dinging rooms, high ceilings, and gaudy interior design.
In fact, the place is so big that you could have an affair in it while your spouse was still home without them noticing…
The house also feature park-like grounds, and custom marble and wood designs with architecture by Richard Landry.
Add to that a tennis court, swimming pool, library, and home theater – just ‘cause – and you’ve got a scenic set, royal palace fit for a reality queen.
Adrienne and her now estranged husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, purchased the house in 2004 for $12.708 million, less than half the current asking price.
The couple has been making headlines lately for with their messy separation that has resulted in an even sloppier custody battle.
As Hollyscoop previously reported, Paul accused Adrienne in court of acting ““stupid, dumb and an idiot” in front of their three kids.
Today, TMZ reports that Paul has been ordered to stay away from the family in a temporary restraining order. The reality mom was also previously granted temporary custody of the kids.
