The moment has finally come!
After months of guessing and trying to read between the lines, it looks like we just got an answer to Hollywood’s biggest question right now: What is Adele’s baby's name?
The message came in the form of a necklace that the British songstress was wearing during her brief stay in Los Angeles.
Adele was spotted and snapped outside of celeb favorite baby boutique in West Hollywood called Bel Bambini. Around her neck was a simple gold necklace with the lettering “Angelo” as the medallion.
As fans can imagine, the spotting sent the Internet gossip community into a hissy fit, with claims that the name surely belonged to her newborn. What else could it mean, right?
The singer’s decision to not give up any details about the baby’s identity has been a conscious one.
During a behind-the-scenes interview with People magazine at the Golden Globes, she told the outlet that she wasn’t prepared to share that kind of information just yet.
“I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me,” she said. “I am enjoying him on my own.”
The statement obviously caused even more interest in what her son’s name could be. Since the baby’s birth in October, it has been like pulling teeth to get any information about the kid—right down to its gender.
Adele is in Los Angeles for awards season. She has picked up a Golden Globe for her song “Skyfall.” She is scheduled to perform at the Oscars and is up for an award in the Best Original Song in a Motion Picture category.
