Adam Lambert
American Idol runner up Adam Lambert just gained a few more fans thanks to his recent Rolling Stone's article.

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) is praising Adam for coming clean about his sexuality in the new issue of the magazine and hopes that his remarks inspire others struggling to "come out" as well.

As Hollyscoop had previously reported, Adam told the magazine, "I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I'm gay." He added, "I'm proud of my sexuality...I embrace it. It's just another part of me."

While most of us weren't surprised by the news, it certainly made headlines. And the President of GLAAD Neil Giuliano took notice.

Neil Giuliano tells WENN, "American Idol has become iconic in our culture, and as Adam continues to share his story during his post-Idol career, we hope his decision to live openly and honestly inspires gay people and opens the hearts and minds of his fans and others he will continue to entertain."

Adam is already one of the biggest names to come out of American Idol so hopefully his decision to come out can inspire others who were also struggling with their sexuality.

Enough of praising Adam regarding the orientation. Now that he set it aside. Maybe we can find something to talk about him next. For instance his music, why his single No Boundaries is not as a Hit as Kris Allen? Let's face it Adam has the vocals, so what is the excuse of Adam's fans? Are you guys are not purchasing Adam's single? Or letting Kris top notch it on the BillBoard Chart? Adam's No Boundaries is really good, I like it a lot, Kris has a mellow background to it. Both song have a different take, I guess it depends on your preference.
