Adam Lambert: Acid Helped Me Find Myself

Adam Lambert shot to international fame after winning over fans hearts on 'American Idol' and according to him, he has drugs to thank for it.

Adam, who clearly doesn't understand he's now a role model, says he "found himself" after tripping on the drug LSD.

“My trip led me to some epiphanies about who I was as a performer, what I wanted to do and how I needed to create my own opportunities,” he said.

“When I got home, I started writing music with other people and went to the Idol audition. The vision was about finding opportunities. I wasn’t sitting in the desert in rave-wear thinking about Simon Cowell when I was on acid.”

Why would he admit something like that? Doesn't he understand that millions of fans look up to him? What a horrible role model!
