The View Ladies Address New McCain Ad

The new McCain ad was discussed this morning on The View, and surprise, surprise, Whoopie and Elisabeth disagreed on the subject.

The commercial features Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, and calls Obama the biggest celebrity in the world.

Whoopie calls it offensive, because "why associate him with two white girls, first of all…" Elisabeth on the other hand, says, "Obama has injected himself into that arena," meaning it's normal for us to see him on the cover of Us Weekly, right next to Shilo Jolie-Pitt. It's a heated topic right now, so check out the clip, and let us know your opinion on the controversial ad.

At first I thought that John McCain was a maverick with an ideology and methodology different from his counterparts. I respected him immensely, but like Hilary Clinton when she felt threaten, she showed her true colors. McCaine is showing his true colors now. I’m not sure about Obama, but at least he hasn’t lost his integrity and has the intelligence to keep his campaign above board. On principle alone, I’m leaning toward him now, McCain for some of us you just backfired.

Elizabeth just proves how dumb she truly is. I watch CNN all the time and even republicans are like, what was he thinking. Even members of McCains own team were like, don't do it. Instead of using tv time to talk about what McCain believes in this is the best he can do. It's a sad sad day for America. Obama might not have the experience of McCain but he's more in touch with what Americans believe in. McCain is starting to look old and senile and I find that sad too.

Maybe his old behind will have to pull out right before elections and the Republicans will be in a total chaos...moreso than they alread are. I believe that McCain has also cheated on his drug addict dumb wife but without concrete evidence, he's gets away with it. She's still with him because she likes the idea that she possibly be first lady..."ain't going to happen!" Ol' Mr. Flip-flopper himself is too much like Bush. No more with the likes of Bush...he's taken us through hell and back. If we're not careful with the debt we're in with China, we could one day wake up and realize that we are now the United States of the China Republic. Mark my words!

u are crazy just like that McCain have to make up stuff b/c Obama is the real deal. McCain is mad b/c everyone loves Obama and is more interested in what he has to say. (Obama famous for nothing) hello he is running for presidency i think that is more then nothing he is an ideal president that alot of Americans want to see win the election that is why he is so famous.

The McCain ad has hit the nail on the head. Whoopie and anyone else that complains because the girls are white are attempting to make this a racial campaign just like Obama has done from the start. I heard Donna B. comment that the celebrity actors should have been someone like Denzel Washington but clearly she missed the point which is not surprising. The point is simple.....Obama just like Paris is famous for nothing. Paris is famous mostly due to a porn film while Obama is famous for 2 speaches. Britney did have some limited talent but is really more famous for the skimpy outfits and crazy behavior. But Denzel Washington is a great actor and famous for his good acting work. Obama is certainly not famous for any "good work" unless voting "present" counts. SAVE AMERICA VOTE McCAIN 2008 and HILLARY 2012
