Oprah To Sarah Palin: No Thanks

September 05, 2008

Oprah
It's no secret that Oprah is a hard-core supporter of Barack Obama. Earlier this week there were rumors that Oprah would have Republican Vice President Sarah Palin on her show, but the big O was quick to shoot those rumors down.

Here's the statement: "The item in today's Drudge Report is categorically untrue. There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show. At the beginning of this Presidential campaign when I decided that I was going to take my first public stance in support of a candidate, I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates. I agree that Sarah Palin would be a fantastic interview, and I would love to have her on after the campaign is over."

Oh snap! Although its her show and she can do whatever she wants, her statement isn't entirely accurate. Oprah has had Obama on her show twice so far. So much for not using her show "as a platform for any of the candidates."

Hey "c" What has Obama done to cut taxes??? Nothing! Go ahead and vote for your Obama and wait til your parents pass and leave you what they have worked hard all their life for and watch 40% of it go bye bye. You can watch the Democrats give it away to lazy, good for nothing, live off welfare and raise your 6+ kids on it so that is how they will raise their 6+ kids that have no intentions of working while they are mooching off hard working, tax paying, law abiding citizens of this great nation. Let's hope Obama/Biden does not get elected. Granted McCain is old but his mother is living proof that he will out-live the average man. He has a good 20 years left of fighting. Fight with him and Palin to stop this Democratic nightmare. Don't give up religion, honor and dignity which is what made America. Stand up and fight against anyone wanting to give your money away to people who refuse to help themselves. I want to control my money and if I want to give it away - I want to give it to who "I" want to give it to.

After the election,Oprah will 'love' to have her on...if McCain/Palin LOSES!!! If Palin becomes vice-president, Oprah won't want to look at her, never mind interview her!! I'm not from the states, I'm from Ireland, a country that all Americans seem to have descendants from....pur-lease!!! For me, personally, it's Obama/Biden 08.

Oprah says she doesn't want to use her show as a platform for the candidates but yet she has Obama on there 2 times??? If that's her stance she shouldn't be trying to pursuade her viewers to vote for Obama. I"m sorry but Oprah's word means nothing to me and she's just another celebrity pushing for Obama to get in office.. I don't care how many celebrites come out for Obama.. for me it's McCain/Palin 08 for me..
