A bet is a bet and 50 Cent is a man of his word. 50 has cancelled his European tour after being outsold by rival Kanye West.
50 has cancelled performances at tomorrow night's Vodafone Live Music Awards and MOBO Awards after Kanye won the UK leg of their chart battle on Sunday.
A spokesman for 50 said: "50 Cent is very sad to confirm that due to a last-minute, unforeseen and unanticipated change in his schedule, he will have to postpone his European promotional trip scheduled to take place from September 18 to 25."
Last month, 50 Cent bet Kanye that he would sell more records than him since both they're albums were released on the same day. "If Kanye West sells more records than me, I'll no longer write music. I'll work with my other artists, but I won't put out anymore solo albums."
I guess Kanye got the last laugh. Have you guys heard both albums? 50 Cent's album was a little too hard-core gansta rap for me, so my vote goes to Kanye.
