We're expecting 27 Dresses to come out on DVD in America but it's just opening in theatres overseas.

Katherine Heigl's romantic comedy, 27 Dresses is #1 at the box office in the UK after its opening weekend. Their #1 is nowhere near our #1 though. Being #1, the movie brought in a little more than £1.75 million.

Everyone knows opening weekend at the box office will either make or break a movie. Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson should be toasting somewhere because they're latest flick 'Fools Gold' hit gold this weekend.

'Fools Gold' took in $22 million dollars this weekend, the suits at Warner Brothers were even shocked that the movie did so well. They admitted the takings exceeded their estimates by $4 million.
