When he takes his finals, James Franco should be able to just write in ‘I was in 127 Hours’ and call it a day.
Jose Angel Santana, a former NYU professor, is claiming he got fired after giving James Franco a D. Santana taught Franco in his “Directing the Actor” class, and is now suing the University to get his job back after claiming he was wrongfully terminated for being Hispanic and giving Franco a bad grade.

James Franco and Kate Mara star in 127 Hours, which is about a mountain climber who gets trapped under a boulder while canyoneering alone near Moab, Utah and resorts to desperate measures in order to survive. The movie is based on the harrowing true story of mountain climber Aron Ralston.
The plot line doesn't sound too interesting, but the trailer is not that bad. We're always willing to give Danny Boyle a chance, especially since James Franco is the main star.
